Upstream

At the end of 2017, in Colombia, we held mineral rights to 18 blocks: 12 exploration blocks, with a net surface area of 27,383 km2 and six production/development blocks, with a net surface are 219 km2. Net production for the year was 5.0 mbbl of liquids and 7.5 bscf of gas, for a total of 6.4 mboe (17,471 bbld) of oil. Net proven reserves at the end of the financial year were estimated at 15.0 mbbl.

Milestones

  • In 2017, progress continued to be made in the full development plan (phase II) of the Akacias project located in the CPO-9 productive area in Colombia, with the intention of making the final investment decision (FID) for this second phase in 2018.
